For businesses that offer physical products, we require that products be shipped to be photographed/filmed in our studio. Once the products are received, you'll have your first post ready within 2 working days.
We currently support Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. However, the content creation plans will vary based on your specific business situation. For instance, an e-commerce or retail brand may benefit from video and photo content, while a SAAS product would benefit from design-focused work and strong copywriting. We take into consideration your unique needs and tailor our services accordingly to maximize the effectiveness of your social media presence.

Once we receive your payment, you'll receive an onboarding email from one of our project managers. They'll ensure that all of your posts are on track. Our team is based out of Toronto, Canada.
There's no limit to the amount of posts you can have; all you need to do is put in a request and each request will be answered individually. Turnaround time for each request is typically two days. Not all businesses are the same; some may require more posts than others based on goals and objectives.
You'll receive a set of analytics at the end of each project month, this helps us track our progress and optimize our approach moving forward.

You'll be able to approve each post before it goes out through our approval process. Once we receive the green light, we'll upload the creative to their designated platforms.
Easy, all you need to do is email your account rep. They'll get the project briefed into our design team, ensure timelines are met and that all of the revisions are tended to.
On average, you'll be able to proof your posts within two business days. This can, however, vary based on product delivery times, as well as revisions.
